“I bought a Steam account with Sea of Thieves (game) installed from a seller called "CoolboySell". The seller gave me a username and password. But he didn't give me the original email. So I couldn't add my own email to the account.
Two days later, someone was using the account and revoked the game's license.
The website cannot return money and the seller never responded about the problem.
I have videos where when I enter the game from my computer, I can see the real owner playing and trying to change the password.
After i ask for a refund,,, they never answered me. Then i did a bad review in trustpilot and they blackmail me to change it for a refund. They only pay refund if i delete my review in trustpilot”

Hice una compra a las 22:48, cuando realicé la comprá no indicaba que había algún tiempo de espera, por lo que supuse que se me entregaría al momento como EN EL RESTO DE PAGINAS QUE FUNCIONAN IGUAL QUE ESTA.
Una vez hice el pago me indicó que debía esperar 1 hora. Al ver que debía esperar tanto para adquirir el producto quise hace una devolucion, pero casualmente la pagina fallaba.
Decidí aguantar y esperar, viendo la cuenta atrás. Cuando el marcador llegó a cero NO me llegó el código.
Traté de hacer de nuevo la devolución y casualmente volvió a fallar.
Abrí el chat de ayuda de la página y les dije que no me había llegado nada, a lo que a los 3 minutos me contestaron que debía esperar a mañana.
Yo le dije amablemente que me parecía inadmisible, que ya había esperado una hora, y que no me creía que me lo fuesen a mandar mañana por la mañana.
Que sólo quería que me devolviesen el dinero.
Que me habían mentido y que esto era una locura.
pue son las 00:14 y el hombre del chat no me ha vuelto a decir nada. Me ignora.
Le pregunté hace 20 minutos qué hacer, que si me habían timado y siguen sin contestar.
Viendo todo esto no confio en esta pagina ya que tiene mis datos bancarios, por lo que me encuentro llamando al banco para cancelar la tarjeta y ver qué se puede hacer...
No más decir que el hombre que me ignora aparece "online" desde hace una hora.

I made a purchase at 22:48, and at the time of the purchase, there was no indication of any waiting time. Therefore, I assumed that the product would be delivered immediately, like on other websites that function the same way.

I opened the website's help chat and informed them that I hadn't received anything. They replied to me after 3 minutes, stating that I should wait until tomorrow.
I politely expressed my disbelief, explaining that I had already waited for an hour and didn't believe they would send it to me tomorrow morning. I just wanted a refund. I told them that they had lied to me and that this was insane.
It's now 00:14, and the person in the chat hasn't responded to me anymore. They are ignoring me.
Considering all of this, I don't trust this website anymore because they have my banking information. Therefore, I am calling the bank to cancel my card and see what can be done...
Needless to say, the person ignoring me has been "online" for an hour.
