“Zero Star Review ... SCAM Zero Star Review .... DO NOT SIGN ... Experience of this Company informs to believe that all the Bad Reviews are truthful, and the 5 star Reviews are fakes. On so many Review sites. Both, Direct Digital, and Multimedia Int. Services Ltd . Very bad experience here, like many other ppl. Thinking back. I could cry ! Never again. Trying extorting money not owed. Harassment it is. Appalling. Have nothing to do with them. Also true, they try to stop bad reviews, that are truth. Report them to the Authorities for full investigation”

“If I could only give less than 1star I would, t scammed us like others , I asked so many times to cancel my contract sending them emails but it looks it's too late for me they will roll me for another year because they require 6months notice and you have to send a letter in 21st century.scammers.they will give you iPad to sign contract and after they are coming back to the office to change the terms and fake your signatures.you will not get your copy till it's court time.”

“I used them here in the USA. They ran my ad near my office for the first few months, then moved them to out of state. I do not have offices out of state. They claimed this was within the terms I agreed upon, but come on. Why do that to a business you know has only one office. trash company just trying to take easy money.”

“Absolute scam ! False information on signing their hideous contract under pressure. The advert had nothing to do withy business and trying to charge me more than the sales man said ! I have not paid them as iam not happy with the whole thing . Tried to speak to them about my situation but they are now threatening me with court / bailiffs. Do not be fooled amd do not sign anything.”

“These people contacted me when I first opened my business 4 years ago. They called non stop. They claimed to run ads at a hotel nonstop. And that anyone that wanted to get serviced at my business would be able to take a van straight to my business. After a guy came and had me sign paper work and get my info.. I decided to call the hotel which had there digital screen. They told me they did not have a van that would take guests to businesses. They straight up will tell you anything to get you to sign the paperwork. They are a bait and switch scam artist company. Luckily the idiot that got my info didn’t get my credit card info correctly. They will continue to harass until they get there money. Terrible terrible people.”

“This company are a totally rip off (we never got a customer when the add was running) The shop (Post office Sudbury) closed and our add was going 14 miles away We could not cancel as per small print. Thought this treatment was dead but sadly companies like this are still out there. My advice read every line as small print is a total rip off and you have to give 6 months notice to terminate before term end . That is a total rip off. I then told them my daughter who took the add out has just lost her son and they still charged us to cancel. Disgusting and i will spread these words until the day i die, you just cant treat people like this. Once they have your money they never answer the phone until you cancel the direct debit. Please i welcome a response to this my email is kimwhymark@gmail.com Never have we been treated like this in 25 years. Total waste of time and if you are considering to advertise with these people think again or burn your money as this will probably get a better response.”

“Wish I had read the reviews before I signed the agreement. Terrible company to deal with. Avoid at all costs! I am an Osteopath and agreed to place an advert before the Covid pandemic in a medical practice. By the time the proofs had arrived we all went into lockdown and therefore GP practices were all closed. I tried to phone and email to cancel the advert or at the very least to discuss things. Absolutely no response. The without my knowledge they went ahead with the advert in another location which was no good to me. Had no business from the advert and they refused to make any concession on the price. I took legal advice but was informed the contract means they can pretty much do as they like.”

“Avoid. Horrible service, no communication, no one replies tp your emails or phone calls. Absolutely fraud. Scammers.. 6 months in contract - no material provided. They actualy sent me PDf - something that 12y old would create. Tried to cancel and dispute the initial payment.”

“Hi every one I am writing this review behalf of our business at Canada, Guelph, Ontario. We are family and small owned business . We had their sale person named : Cornehus Oconnor at our location , they tied us into a 2 year contract in locations that even don't have equipment to run the ads and they were aware of it clearly . We tried very hard to contact them via email, phone calls but never received proper answer and they are very unprofessional and responsive . That was terrible mistake to trust DIRECT DIGITAL as they are scammers .Here I include their sale person's picture to avoid any other scammers and prevent same bad experience for others. See the picture of sale person too. Remember his face. Please be aware of this SCAMMERS.,...”

“AVOID AVOID AVOID The salesmen are conmen they lure you in with incorrect pricing and absolute smoke and mirrors. The company do not respond to emails or phone calls, tied into a 2 year contract and have to design my own ad which I imagine will never see the light of day. The ad they provided was DISGUSTING spelling mistakes, grammar incorrect, wrong designs just absolutely shocking...these are not graphic designers!!!! I signed up in December received this terrible excuse for an ad in March! They are rude, ignorant rob dogs I have asked who their regulating body is no response. They also don't seem to have a timescale for dealing with complaints JOHN SAYER was the rep who visited me I am a small business and really believed the nonsense and how it would benefit me, and now I need to find time to make an ad as their graphic designers can't Just save yourself the stress, tears and frustration if dealing with them. You have more chance if plaiting fog than getting a professional service or response from them”

“Terriable company AVOID at all cost Terrible company, amateur designs, cheap professionals, deceptive salespeople. We've agreed with the salesperson who came to our shop on one year advertising. We've agreed get our campaign ready and live in Cedar Hotel within 2 weeks because our season is going to end within 2 months. We asked them to prove their promises to us as we do not have enough knowledge about DD!! Everything was not as agreed! The salesperson was so convincing, he did not give us enough time to read over the agreement! However, Advert first proof was received two months later, the design of the advert was awful, the content was amateur, the contract was for 24 months not 12. The season was over when the proof arrived in Nov 2021. We made it clear to them that we are unhappy with their services and that we lost faith in DD. Yet, they insisted on harassing us with their deceptive tele-sales people. They just do not take no for an answer. We paid them £250 cash on the spot and this is what we get! The irony in the matter is that as digital advertising company they do everything online and via emails, yet when you need to cancel your agreement with them they demand a postal confirmation! This company has done nothing for us. This company will never do anything for us. This review is going to be circulated everywhere on the cyber space as a result of their gross professional misconduct so we can protect other business and the general public. BEWARE OF SUCH COMPANIES. To learn more about our experience you may email Eagle e-Bikes in Huddersfield.
