Install went fine, not too complicated if you take your time and watch the YouTube vids carefully. I did break the ear sister while trying to pry it out, but that was a $5 replacement from an eBay seller, just time lost.
Only complaint about Finish Supply is the lack of package tracking information - shipping isn't extended but you never know when to expect the part.
