“I placed an order on 09SEP19 and expected regular updates (since I clicked on their "Keep me informed" button that was supposed to text me updates). By 07OCT19, I decided to send a quick message to customer service to find out some sort of status (since I didn't receive ANY type of update, much less know if they even received the order). The response (from "Tracy") was, "The system shows that the item shipped out successfully but you should have received it by now. It may be lost in transit. I have dispatched a replacement to you. It should arrive soon." No kidding (that was a cut and paste of the original message sent to me. They had NO tracking number. There was NO follow-up with me, and then the galling response of "It should arrive soon." When I asked for a specific day it would arrive and a tracking number, my message was ignored. ONLY after filing a grievance PayPal did I get a USPS tracking number and anticipated delivery date (BTW - After they received the notice from PayPal, it took only TWO days to get my order - things that make you go, hmmmmm). It doesn't stop there... I placed another order (not by choice, but forced to use their site) and sent a message to customer service the next day to ask the status of the order (in case it "got lost" again) with three questions:
"1 - Is order #160870 in your system?
2 - What is the expected time to ship it from your facility?
3 - What is the tracking number and when will you send me this information?"
I just got their response less than an hour ago and here it is:
"Hi! Due to your high expectations and the feedback you previously gave us I have canceled the order and issued a full refund. This will give you the freedom to find another supplier that is a better fit for you. Thank you!" No kidding!!! Another cut and paste from their message.
I don't recommend doing ANY sort of business with these people. Apparently, asking for tracking information, keeping a client informed and providing good customer service is too much like work for them. I placed an order with a different company and was IMMEDIATELY given an order status and tracking number. I'll NEVER go back to these people again.
If it were possible, I wouldn't leave them ANY stars - THAT'S how bad they are.”

“I ordered iPhone X oled on sept 5. I didn’t receive it until sept 25. It worked for one day. Then the display started having green lines on the top. I emailed digital supply. They said to check it for bent prongs and dust etc. we did, but still it doesn’t work. They said to order another one and return this one. However they don’t offer to pay shipping, I have to pay to return this product. And only if they decide it was faulty will I get my refund. I decided to finally google reviews on this company and it looks like they are horrible about returns I will be looking elsewhere for replacement screens from now on.”

I paid for upgraded shipping and received it in about three business days in superb condition great packaging and the replacement worked perfectly. I will buy again when I need replacement parts and BTW it was cheaper than the more well known "fix" competition.”
“I bought a Note 8 Screen & Digitizer with frame. I couldn't really find a better price. The item worked great. Install went fine, not too complicated if you take your time and watch the YouTube vids carefully. I did break the ear sister while trying to pry it out, but that was a $5 replacement from an eBay seller, just time lost.
Only complaint about Finish Supply is the lack of package tracking information - shipping isn't extended but you never know when to expect the part.
I've also purchased a screen/digitizer for an S8 and was pleased with that purchase as well. Not to mention rear glass for both. Will likely need to purchase parts again.”
