Digital surge is amateur trading platform which restricts how the users can trade. 2 experiences i have had is more fees charged because of the "rounding issue" and other was charged more than triggered $ and received less crypto due to a disclaimer when setting a trigger "slippage". I wouldn't recommend this mob just yet.”

We have two order types, Instant Orders and Trigger Orders. Instant Orders: By using guaranteed quotes, you have peace of mind that what you are quoted is what you will receive regardless of market activity. Trigger Orders: Trigger orders allow you to set the price you wish to buy or sell and have the order automatically placed when your price is matched. When your Trigger Order fires we source the best available price from our liquidity providers at the time. Our Trigger Orders operate the same as other platforms and are subject to market volatility. Before placing the trade there is a note above the confirmation button that reads: "Market volatility may cause executed orders to differ from the requested trigger price." Sometimes the order will work out in your favour and other times it won't but it will average out across all of your Trigger Orders. This is not an extra fee that Digital Surge charge the price you get is the best available price at the time your Trigger Order executes. This is all in reference to a Trigger order you placed at $0.8801 and it executed at $0.8809 which is a difference of just 0.1% and again as mentioned this is something that happens on every single platform. The main point that should be kept in mind is overall on average if you trade on our platform vs other Australian based crypto exchanges you will ALWAYS save more on our platform then any other.
