“Greetings: I was in Dillards Temple Texas store yesterday and was specifically trying to find a shoe for a messed up foot that hurts all the time. A sales person, Donna Charles, I got her card, waited on me for the second time. I remembered her because she was such a nice person and did all she could to help me find a shoe that would work. I remembered telling her the last time she waited on me over a year ago that I was going to leave a review about her and I never did. So today I wanted to tell you guys just how lovely and kind, professional, and funny she is and how much she made our day. My friend bought two pairs of shoes and because of our banter with Donba she ended up buying a 1000 dollar plus Louis Vitianne purse. Sorry about the spelling on the purse if I got it wrong. Anyway, we greatly appreciate Donba Charles and if you have money accolades that go to associates I suggest she get one. She knew I had no money by the way I asked her a million times how much the shoe cost and she just tried harder to find something that would suit my needs. Way to go Donba Charles. “I made an appointment for a bra fitting at my local Dillard’s and Melissa R. Lingerie Business Manager was absolutely amazing at the Mall of Georgia location. Her detailed knowledge and insight regarding bra brands, designs and fitting was excellent! l learned so much and her patience and kindness during the experience provided a luxury experience! Thank you so much Melissa! My Sunday brunch outfit was perfect! I look forward to visiting your location in the future.”

“Stopped in the dept.store. Great customer service and a high degree of professionalism. Visited Beachwood Place. The outstanding service received was from Gina buying pj's and shapeware. The other person was Regina she was very courteous and very professional. I consider myself fortunate to have a Department Store in my neighborhood who offers this level of custo mer service.”

“Dillards has been a staple of the Razack Family Household since our days @ Univ Of Pittsburg . Both my kids grew up with Dillards at Pittsburgh, and then at Midway Mall , Elyria , Beachwood Mall , North Olmstead, Strongsville . Tower city , etc, etc … Dillards was the department store I went to for my daughter’s and ten my son’s pre school graduation in Pittsburgh and Amherst , Ohio 🇺🇸 👩‍🎓🧑‍🎓 🇺🇸 My Daughter’s Magnificant Girls High School first home coming and prom dress were from Dillards @ Beachwood , Ohio , 🇺🇸 To this day, I love everything about Dillards . Love the men’s department with their Daniel Creumix , Round Tree and York , ThePolo Collection , the list goes on … the shoes depart , their bags collection, their Jewlery department , their make up , their Chelsea and Violet brand , exclusive to Dillards , Their southern living home products.. The List goes on and on … I know every sq ft of Dillards all over the Cleveland area . I have shopped Dillards for my family of 4 and my extended family here in NE Ohio and beyond , especially for my family back home in Kerala, India 🇮🇳 ‘God’s own Country’ , as the Tourism and Travel Board describes my Kerala, India 🇮🇳 President Bill Clinton 🇺🇸 , while in office visited my home state of Kerala 🇮🇳 . President Clinton according to the Associated Press at the time , was left with a lasting impression of my Secular Kerala , India 🇮🇳 I shop for their quality , workmanship and a array of top notch brand names they carry . Namaste Dillards For All The Great Memories You Have Created For My Family over the past 40 + years 🙏🏼🤲🏼🙏🏼”

“For the people complaining about not being able to return an item after the 30 day policy….donate it if y’all don’t want it no more, y’all know Dillard’s can’t resell it after it’s already been used”

“I went in looking for a Dress and heels for my 30th Birthday. I asked some ladies for help they just pointed me to a direction but non of them took the time to help, so I was frustrated 😠. I make my way around the mall and I end up in the Dillard's Men Dept and this guy was willing to help me he walked with me to the women's dept and he even asked them for help and they did him the same way. So he takes it upon himself to stay with me and help he sees another employee and she helped me too, and we find what I need and we go to the shoes area and another employee named Jeff made this experience so fun! These are the type of employees everyone needs! I left Happy 😊 I want to Thank them a Million times !! The girl was Jordan and the guy was from the men's Dept but they deserve a raise or bonus!!! They never left my side and was so supportive.”

“This review is for the employee that helped me at Dillard's today. Her name is Charida. She greeted me very pleasantly when I came in. I asked where I do a return & she said she'd do it as soon as she was done with her customer. She was very friendly, polite, professional & very helpful. While she helped me she still scanned her area & greeted other customers & offered them help. She did this without taking anything away from our interaction. I wish I could deal with people like Charida everytime I shopped! She's awesome & I appreciate the experience I had with her.”

“I love Sofia kha Charradou! She’s the counter manager at Dior, Dillard’s Brandon Town Center. Ever since she’s been there, I’ve been hooked on Dior skin care, fragrance and makeup. I was just there last Friday for a spa event with Sheba featuring Dior’s Prestige skin care. Talk about being pampered! Sheba, National Skin Care Specialist for Dior was fantastic!! Love, LOVE, Love Prestige. My skin is soft, supple. I love the way Sheba did my makeup too…. Just enough glam♥️ Thank you Sofia and Sheba for making my day so special🥰 Marylou”

“Dilliards in Raleigh on May 5 - excellent customer service though there were so few associates it was tough on them to help people! The "Evening" selection was excellent. The associate attempted to help several customers on both ends of the floor. They need HELP. Dilliards in Wilmington - Brandon and Elexis Carson are a breath of fresh air. They were friendly, fun, knew their jobs and were determined to find the perfect shoe for me to wear to a wedding. She ordered the size that I needed. Elexis recommended a Dilliard account and I agreed because of her skills in helping me! Great young people. Muriel in the Evening Wear departments is EXCEPTIONAL in her knowledge, smile, genuinely helping customers! WOW - I was so impressed with her. Many thanks for ALL you did for me, Muriel. I bought, then returned, then bought again. She smiled the entire time.”

“Hello, just wanted to say to the manager at dillard store 214.me and my cousin was shopping there recently at the watch counter and we meet corey McCollum and this guy was so exceptional he went over and above and then some with us to make our puchase just right 😍 and we wanted to say thanks to him in a very special way 💋 it's those crazy two that purchased the mk watches”
