Zero stars- do not buy from this company Zero stars, my item was purchased as a gift for mothers day in good time, delivery should of been 2-5 working days we are now on working day 8, no package, the customer service for this company is terrible, they do not respond to complaints just an automated message that makes no sense to the email you have sent them. Tracking not updated correctly. Save yourself time and hassle DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Hopefully this review will help others not to be conned.

To make a long story short. Delivery took a long time Phone supplied not meant for UK market as additional plug adaptor supplied Phone was not usable for Google Pay (something wrong with phone rooting) 30% charge for return stating seal broken when there was no seal Thoroughly awfull experience and out of pocket with a phone that doesn't work correctly and may have not been new. However I was offered a single figure amount to keep it instead of returning it. Buyer Beware

Don't waste your time guys, I've been waiting over a week now and been in contact with "customers support" who are completely useless. You have to ask for tracking info, and when you've requested one it'll be stuck on the same stage until you contact customer support. Only then the tracking will update, strange right? I have asked for dimprice to issue a refund however they're indirectly refusing so the only other way is to produce all email correspondence to my card company and start the chargeback process. Good luck guys!

Very difficult to return items despite following all the steps required. They don't want to provide the details to return so it's impossible!!! DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM

I brought AirPods 3 gen and I had an email saying it was sent back to the sender as address was wrong but however I checked it all and it wasn’t. I have tried contacting them about the item and have had no response. DONT BUY FROM THESE

Terrible service - cant talk to anyone and they just keep fobbing you off with an automated response - goods stil not arrive 10 days later and DONT RISK WASTING YOUR MONEY AND T|IME WITH THIS COMPANY_ will be contacting action fraud about these robbing gits

I really don't know what to think about them. I bought a GBP 210 phone from them. 20 quid cheaper than enywhere else. So no obvious scam. I checked the webiste, return policy etc. everything looked OK. I got an order confirmation, tracking no. et al. The delivery time was 4-6 business days but the phone somehow got stuck in the hub and stopped moving for nearly 2 weeks. I did some research and it turned out that the courier company 724ex ( 724ex.net) - is nearly non existant online! It had some dodgy Board: Dame Judy and Olivia Dench (sic!) I looked them up and they sit on the board of an Indian company that happens to have exactly the same website layout but deals in scrap! (http://www.tgllprometal.com/tgll/). I already said goodbye to my 200 quid but wrote them an email complaining about the delay and demanding a refund. They were very apologetic and said no prob. I should get my money within 2-3 days. Obviously I didn't believe them. But to my surprise my order was cancelled and the money was on my account in 2 days! Go figure! My guess is that they try to be more or less legit - but they sell Chinees not quite original stuff, and delivery takes weeks, hence the fake courier company etc. You make the decision yourselves.

Please I emplore don't put an order through Dimprice as I would not like to see anyone else robbed of their hard earned money. Please see other reviews on this website and others to see they are breaching their contracts by not delivering and just taking peoples money. I am another disappointed customer paying £209.00 for a mobile phone for my son whos birthday was on the 28th, purchased phone on the 23rd January. Emailed customer support 3 times as phone shows in transit in the hub at the 31st January. No further movement to show it has reached the hub. No way of getting a response from customer service. 724EX is the logistics company and obviously are not professional enough to provide a good service either. This should have been delivered at the latest by the 30th January. From our experience we can not trust them. It is so easy to just let someone know what is happening to their order. The not knowing is the worst part. We have one very disappointed son now.

Purchased a Nintendo switch for my grandsons birthday, within 28 days it had developed a fault. I tried to contact the seller but they didn't reply to email address that was used to process the PayPal payment. When I did finally get an email through the correct customer support team, they denied my consumer rights and told me to contact Nintendo. I will not purchase from this company again.

From the time of purchase to actually receiving the item took quite a long time and shouldnt have to take this long.Item was exactly what I ordered and am happy with purchase

Product was much cheaper than everywhere else. Delivered when stated. My only problem is make sure you definitely want the item as returning thing to try and swap has been a nightmare. I have been waiting for over 25 days and am still waiting for my refund, absolutely shocking.

Very poor customer service. I was sold a faulty product and Pricelulu refused to exchange it, going against their own Returns policy. I won’t shop with them again

Do not buy anything from this company!! I purchased an iPad & it was stolen from the USA. It is now with the police! Guess what pricelulu wouldn’t give me a refund!!
