“We visited direct for baby twice to find our dream pram and they did not let us down! We couldn’t have asked for a more friendly team to help us choose our perfect pram. From the moment we walked in everyone was so helpful especially Tate, Lucy and a lovely blonde lady (so sorry I can’t remember your name). I came in on the Saturday with my partner, grandma, auntie and cousin (family day out!!) we were offered drinks in the comfy seating area which was lovely. The staff showed us the different prams and how easy they were to manoeuvre. We had our eye on the ICandy we just couldn’t decide which model. After going home and doing our research we came back the next day and chose the ICandy Cerium which we are absolutely in love with!! Thank you all again we couldn’t have done it without you and we will definitely be back soon!!”

“Ordering was easy and the product was fine. However, the communications were woeful - we were told our order had "been picked up" (by a carrier) when we had asked to pick it up ourselves. Also, their premises on an industrial estate in Burscough were nearly impossible to find - more signage is necessary.”

“Absolutely amazing place. All the staff are really friendly and nothing is too much for them!! Dawn in particular was fantastic, she helped me pick my perfect pram and also gave me really useful advice. I will always suggest direct4baby to anyone who is expecting their bundle of joy :)”

“I have order egg travel system in July and still waiting for it. we contacted direct 4 babies more than once and only received a baby carrier to pick up the baby from the hospital, which was born on September 10. I spoke a week ago I was told a week to receive the stroller. today after another call. I got word that two more weeks before they receive my order. it looks like it would never come and the baby has no way to move.”
