“We booked an appointment to look at prams for our first baby. Nicky could not have been more pleasant and helpful. She was so knowledgeable and so lovely- she really made our whole experience so special. We bought our pram along with a lot of other baby items as the prices were so competitive and we felt so at ease with Nicky. Highly recommend. Thank you so much!”

“Absolutely fantastic service! Direct4baby was recommended to us after being messed around by another company. I needed to call several times with questions before placing our order and everyone I spoke to was really helpful, the car seat in the bundle we ordered wasn't currently in stock (which we knew before ordering) but they offered to deliver that separately and the rest of our bundle was delivered within 24 hours of the order being placed! Would highly recommend and will definitely be using them again in the future!”

“This is the first time I’ve ordered from direct4baby, in fact it’s the first time I’ve ever heard of them and I will definitely recommend them. I ordered the buggy board on the Saturday and received it on the Monday, was kept informed about despatch, good communication and free delivery. Thankyou”

“I was happy with the company, delivery and speed of delivery however the product (doona change bag) is very expensive, although much cheaper on this site, at least half the price compared to the doona website. It's very small and the change mat inside the bag is rubbish. Not worth the money at all. Would have returned the bag but it was a gift that was wanted.”
