The customer service for this company is terrible and communication is poor. I ordered a push chair and expected it to arrive in December. Only to be told (after contacting them and chasing my order) that there had been delays of up to 4 months after they had taken my money from my account. I requested a refund which was promptly handled by the staff.

They will not respond to or acknowledge any communication and have not even bothered to offer me a refund or exchange, but swooped in instantly to delete my post on their FB page asking someone to please contact me! Happy to take your money, but won't lower themselves to actually speak to you when they get it wrong.

Terrible service via EBay. Never received item and had no response to 3 emails sent. Appalling. Will definitely not be using this company again. Fortunately, EBay provided a better service than direct 4 baby and issued me a full refund.

YOU GUYS TOOK ALMOST 2 WEEKS TO SHIP, THEN SHIPPED IT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS.. PROMISED ME SOME REFUND AND I DIDNT GET IT.. TERRIBLE SERVICE
