“Fast service”

“There was no communication on the delay of the car seat and we had to ring customer services on several occasions to chase up a delivery date. The website did not say there was a delay and suggested all products would be shipped within 1-3 working days. The delay ended up being nearly 4 weeks and, had we not contacted direct4baby ourselves, we would not have been notified.”

“So impressed. First class service!! I don’t usually do reviews but I think this deserves a mention. I ordered the Egg 2 Stroller Cobalt with Maxi Cosi Cabriofix Travel Bag Bundle late last Thursday night, I had a text immediately confirming the order. The following day by 12 noon I had a text to confirm the dispatch of the goods and Saturday the order was delivered on time (one hour slot) by their driver Lee. Outstanding.”

“Great service from Just4baby. I ordered the car seat on Monday evening and it was dispatched on Tuesday. The parcel was sent via Royal Mail and was delivered on Thursday morning, much quicker than I had anticipated. All set up now ready to collect my grandson from nursery when his new baby brother arrives!”

“Communication was pretty poor regarding delivery information on the product I ordered and I felt I was always chasing to get a response. When I did get a response, I was given three different reasons why my delivery did not arrive.”

“We visited the Burscough and Aintree store and found the staff to be really helpful! 😊 We have had a 7 year gap since our last baby and obviously a lot of new stuff is available since last time! The advice and demo's offered were really informative and helped us decide which way to go with the myriad of equipment on offer. Definitely recommend visiting Direct 4 Baby 👶”
