“I would like to say a big thanks to Nicki I enquired about a certain pram and to see if I could put a deposit down as a lot of shops dont. My daughter has gone into hospital a little early however nothing happening at the moment.We had great conversation and she put my mind at rest. I did not have all money to put down straight away which was great comfort for me especially before christmas. I have now spread the word amongst my very large family to purchase from this website plus it was the cheapest I could find for the Silvercross Wayfare Sky Pram/Puchchair . Thanks again one In A Million next time I am in Town I will pop In Store x”

“Great customer service. I accidentally ordered the wrong colour icandy bundle, a quick phone call resolved the matter in minutes and the pram/ pushchair arrived promptly and spot on delivery time. Well package and excellent value for money. Mum love it. All round excellent service.”

“Excellent customer service. When the order was delayed (due to factors outside their control), I phoned the company and they answered straight away, were friendly and helpful, and organised for a replacement seat to sent out the next day. I would definitely order with them again. Thank you for being so efficient and friendly.”

“The customer service for this company is terrible and communication is poor. I ordered a push chair and expected it to arrive in December. Only to be told (after contacting them and chasing my order) that there had been delays of up to 4 months after they had taken my money from my account. I requested a refund which was promptly handled by the staff.”
