“Excellent customer service from Direct 4 Baby. I had a couple of issues with my order and they were so quick to reply and sort it out. Also had issues with my pram itself (fault lying with the manufacturer) and after no reply from the manufacturer I decided to contact Direct 4 Baby and they had it sorted so fast for me I couldn’t thank them enough. The big pram companies need to learn from Direct 4 Baby’s amazing customer service!”

“So excited for our pram to arrive!! We were looked after from the moment we stepped into your Aintree store. Any questions we had were answered. Walked into store having a small idea about the pram we wanted, we were allowed to fold a range of prams, test them in our boot and walk them around store to get a feel for them.”

“So impressed. First class service!! I don’t usually do reviews but I think this deserves a mention. I ordered the Egg 2 Stroller Cobalt with Maxi Cosi Cabriofix Travel Bag Bundle late last Thursday night, I had a text immediately confirming the order. The following day by 12 noon I had a text to confirm the dispatch of the goods and Saturday the order was delivered on time (one hour slot) by their driver Lee. Outstanding.”
