“Very helpful and willing to send out fabric samples of any colours without a sample charge. Unfortunately they weren’t suitable on this occasion but I would definitely try them again.”

“Very helpful service. After ordering samples I received a phone call from Jo asking if I could confirm when the samples arrived and enquiring if further help was needed. I changed my plans which meant that I didn’t need the fabric after all and but the initial service was very good. Jo called a second time to check if everything had arrived, she has a pleasant non- pushy manner.”

“Ordered two sets of samples over the internet but only one set arrived in the post although this was very promptly delivered. I chased a second sample by email and a further two sets were sent instead which was good although this time they appeared to have been held up in the post. First deliver was within 3-5 days and the second longer around 5 days.”

“Everything was great up till delivery. Phoned to say was away Wednesday & Thursday, could we have delivery Friday or after, it turned up on Wednesday!! Product great easy instructions and fitting, would use again.”

“The order was a bit out of the ordinary, but we were happy with the quotation. We did have an issue because of a misunderstanding but Direct Fabrics had the order collected on the Monday and I received it back on the Thursday. Fantastic bit of work on their behalf.”
