"We book a trip to Corsica via Direct Ferries. In the booking it states that we booked 4 beds, but we had to sleep on the floor and chairs as there were no cabins available. Apparently, this was the same for our return trip. So I treed to rebook this to another ferry. But Diect Ferries were too slow to arrange this as they can only be reached via (AI bot) chat function, and while waiting my refund payment declined to almost zero. I recommend everybody to check your best trip and book your trip directly with the operator. Much better service, fair treatment and less expensive"

"I paid 194 for a booking but unfortunately the ferry canceled due to bad weather and they only refunded me 94 euros.\r\nThis is a fraud company making money like this and not giving customers money back. Never book from direct ferries."

Direct Ferries do not offer live operators via phone or webpage chat. Turnaround time for any communication exceeds 24 hours. We went directly to two ferry companies who took out telephone calls and helped us get to where we wanted stress-free. Use Direct Ferries to find out which ferry company to deal with direct."

All I wanted urgently was a transfer, it was within their powers and every email I have had has said no no no.... I wanted to transfer from Rotterdam to Hull passage change to Santander to Portsmouth...my tickets are at this moment still valid 30 06 24. They are agents for Brittany Ferries so it's duable...but \"no\". And I would be adding a further 400.00 to the value !!! Outrageous they say no.....make shown them proof it can\r\n be done and still they say \"no\".\r\nCan't call them, no number... very clever !!!!"

"Dishonest company...they constantly cancel trips and withdraw money from the customer's account without ever having traveled. They do not refund money or respond to emails. Corrupt Company!!!"
