“The shoes I bought were described as "Synthetic Leather". It turns out they are plastic. The socks I bought were described as "Cotton Rich". What i received contains no cotton at all, Just Polyester, Elastine and nylon.”

“Told that my order placed last Saturday week would be sent out last Monday for delivery on Tuesday. Goods did not arrive so contacted Customer Services on Tuesday evening to learn that goods had not been sent. It took my telephone call to ensure that goods were sent on Thursday, which arrived on Friday 4th July.. Not impressed with service which was always good in the past. Very disappointed.”

“I can only comment about the service and delivery as I have not had the product long enough. I placed my order on the Wednesday night and it was delivered before 10am on the Friday. I also received regular emails advising of the progress of the order and delivery.”
