“The service I received on the phone after I had to change my on-line order was excellent. I even told the lad that' if this is being taped for training purposes' he was superb. Let's hope the product is half as good as the service. Thanks”

“I recently purchased some golf balls on-line, wasn't in when they were delivered, they took the package to the nearest post office, if there was an option to leave in a designated place, for example blue bin at side of house, that would have been preferable.”

“Direct Golf sent an incorrect item that hadn't been ordered. Had to return it (postage free but not hassle free) and upon second receipt noted that the original item received was different from that advertised and bought.”

“I've played one round with this glove and had 2 trips to the range and it's started to shred the palm already. Add to that that the fingers are too short and the thumb too long in XL. Not too impressed”
