After ordering and paying for a trolley battery on 21 Sept it still hasn't arrived on 27 Sept which is disappointing. Also 6 months ago I tried to order a Garmin s2 rangefinder watch I was told by the sales team that they were out of stock and I would be informed by e mail when they came in I was never informed and had to buy one elsewhere very disappointing

Everything worked like clockwork, from placing the order through updates on despatch to delivery of goods. It could not be improved unlike my golf but that is another story. The goods are as I expected well done.

Been asked to do a review on direct golf Well the goods were ordered almost a week ago shipment sent in two parcels currently there is one with the carrier siomewhere and the other no one knows Spoke to customer services don't know when or if they will arrive senior management are aware of the situation - very reassuring

I placed an order on Thursday 24th November and requested and paid for next day delivery. At 09:53 that day I received confirmation that my order had been despatched with an order number of OR4421004 and a delivery consignment number of UP0785975 (Parcel Force) as yet I have not received the order. The package was being delivered to my place of work which is open 24 hours a day. Parcel Force did attend on Friday 25th but did not have my order. Very disappointing.

I ordered an Adams wood on 20th Sept using the 20% off discount code. The website showed this item in stock for delivery or collection. I selected free delivery. 4 days later on 24th Sept my order was still showing as 'pending' so placed a call to the customer service dept who in fairness were quick to respond and promised it would be sent that day with 'next day' delivery. It is now 27th Sept and I still do not have my item. This is the only the 2nd online order I have placed with Direct Golf and it was a very similar story with the first. There are numerous other options online for golf items so I will be exercising my discretion and shopping elsewhere in future. Cheap prices are no good if the items don't get delivered.

I bought a new battery using Direct Golf on-line (first time I have attempted to buy anything on-line) I didn't understand the promo code system and so was not credited with the 20% discount on offer (I should have listen to my wife who has more practice and understands this ) I rang Direct Golf help-line who said no problem and immediately credited the Pay-pal account with the difference. Great customer service and will definitely shop with Direct Golf again although will probably go to the store or get the wife to do the computer stuff

Orders 3 products from stock and its took over a week and items still not arrived. Tracking system shows you the tracking number and no items to track. Overall poor experience and the products still not turned up, see what week 2 brings. Take a look at Amazon, fast efficient delivery. How long does it take to pick and order, should be picked and packed within 24 hours and then sent on a next day delivery - this is the service customers want and should get... Must try harder Direct Golf on-line.

3/5 working days for delivery - it is exactly 7days since the order was placed and still waiting.....track it - what a laugh - told it has been passed to parcelforce for delivery.....end of information!!!!! NOT IMPRESSED. Mike C

Still waiting for my order I placed on 19th Sept. This is totally unacceptable when website claims delivery witin 48 hours. I also called call centre to chase up order and to note my disappointment and was asked if I wanted to cancel. Is this what you call customer service. I was eventually offered some complimentary golf balls and informed my order should be with me by 23rd. My husband tried to collect it on 25th but it has still not river at go,f direct store in Stockton. Poor poor poor. I will not be ordering again in a hurry.
