“The service from Direct Golf was excellent. I cannot comment on the item I ordered as it is a gift for my son's birthday and as such ,it hasn't been opened. So far, I wouldn't hesitate to use Direct Golf again.”

“As I find it difficult to visit my nearest branch, I find the on-line service very good. Items are dispatched promptly and have always arrived in good condition. I am reserving a 5 star review until I have tested the customer service facility, but until now, I have no complaints!”

“Ordered a wedge for next day delivery before a golf trip. Club wasn't dispatched until delivery day. Rang customer service and advised it would be delivered before 1030 next day. Delivery didn't arrive, spoke to customer service who were to chase and update me. No updates and went on trip without wedge. Pretty disappointed.”

“The German made shoes ordered are of excellent quality and extremely comfortable. The £24.99 paid included a shoe bag, a spare set of soft spikes and two pairs of insoles. The shoes are also waterproofed. Delivery was just three days after the order was placed. I will certainly shop here again.”

“The service from direct golf was excellent. I ordered the s3pro by mistake but didn't realise until it arrived. I called the customer services and with the help of a nice lady called Rebecca she sorted the Issue out pronto. The trolley I wanted was dispatched and I now have my m1pro golf trolley. That's what I call 5 star service. A lot better than all the other golf outlets online and I have ordered from most, but not anymore it will be direct golf for me from now on. Brilliant.”
