“I had ordered two items it was only after I had to ring up that I was informed that one of the items would not be available until August. The company should have informed so that I did not have to ring up. Poor service and customer after care.”

“stock seems to be low on many items recently and process/delivery times are slow! have used other sites and they seem to be more efficient, it's a shame because DG was always my favourite and I visit your store/driving range twice a week still but rarely purchase anything from your website”

“No real problems. I was out when the item was delivered. I had asked for it to be left In a pre-arranged place, but it was delivered to a neighbour instead and no note left by the delivery person to tell me where it was.”

“I ordered two items, one of which was a special order allowing seven days for delivery. That item arrived on time but the other item didn't. Five working days after I had made the order I decided to phone to check on it's whereabouts, when asked the lady said "oh what's happened is we have had a new system installed and it cannot cope with special and normal deliveries on the same order, and so it hasn't sent it out. Don't worry I will send it out Monday". When I questioned her saying that's not really the point she said she would send it out Saturday but it never came( they have now tried to deliver this morning!) At no point was there an apology for not keeping to your 3-5 day delivery standards. Not happy!”

“I was extremely please with the service that was provided from Direct golf. The service was quick and efficient and I am very impressed with our log's balls for our corporate golf day. I would also like to say that the price for the balls was extremely competitive and the staff I spoke with worked out the exact quantity needed. I will certainly be using you again in the future.”

“I bought 9 Black Widdow cord grips to update my clubs, the buying process was good and straight forward, the post & delivery was pretty quick but when they arrived the least I expected was that they were all the same condition and colour but 2 were faded slightly so I suppose it never pays to get grips for £3 each! Buy better, buy at the pro shop!”

“Ordered my items on Sunday heard nothing called Thursday to see were my items were and because 1 item was not in stock which was not highlighted when I placed my order items our had no correspondence to inform me items in stock were being held items were sent next day and received them on Friday”
