“Hermes couldn't give me a delivery time - other delivery companies can give a one/two hour window why can't they? How archaic! Pleased with product however I will not in future order anything that can't be posted through the letter box.”

“Good price for the shoes. Only criticism is that 3 to 5 days for standard delivery is to long. Now that Internet shopping is the norm , standard delivery should be quicker.”

“Ordered 3 items on Monday, new irons, new bag, new trolly, the first was delivered to the wrong address, the other 2 were on next day delivery and still haven't arrived and it's now friday, quite poor service, don't think I will be ordering over the phone in the future and will be cancelling my order for the trolly and bag if they don't turn up today”

“I would rate your service higher if you considered how much I spend with you and not rate individual orders for delivery charge, you cleverly work out that an order cost £50 but with discount comes under that and I get charged delivery and it cost me more that £50 I have started looking at other sites first now to try and avoid this cost”

“I order a few items via a gift token. I was told they would arrive by the Tuesday, as I was emigrating to Australia on the Wednesday. They hadn't arrived by the Wednesday lunchtime when I had to leave for the airport. I will now have the cost of having them forwarded to Australia.”

“A very good service but the email order confirmation number does not match your original order reference number. If you order quite frequently, as we do, it is very difficult to keep track of the orders, especially when items are out of stock and you get part orders. Your customer services dept. is excellent.”

“Excellent range of products at very attractive prices.Ordered online -very straightforward. Tracking system kept me fully up to date on progress. IItem was delivered much quicker than expected. “Enticed by the 20% off. Looked at the Titleist Velocity Golf Balls but they were out of stock, so looked at the refurbished/Union Jack Titleist Pro V1 golf balls for the same price. With 20% off I thought I was getting a good deal, however I now have 2 x boxes of Titleist -Pro V1 392- Golf balls, which from the format look to have been manufactured between 2003 and 2005, so I'm not too happy. http://www.titleist.co.uk/teamtitleist/team-titleist/f/5/t/4578.aspx They'll all end up in the forest or the lake as sometime soon, but nowhere did it say they were the 392 edition.”
