“Although I was originally kept waiting for nearly a month for the item I ordered, a waterproof cart bag, to come in, I was subsequently sent an alternative, better one in the end for the same price, due to my excessive wait. I love the new bag and am very glad I waited now! Great service!”

“I ordered a set of new MacGregor clubs as a complete set - MacGregor DX Plus Cart Bag Package Set (Graphite) (MGDXPPACKRHCRT) - priced at £199. The order was fulfilled very promptly, and the delivery was very efficient. The clubs are fantastic value, in my opinion. The graphite shafts are incredibly light and may take some getting used to, compared to my previous weighty steel-shafted clubs. Great product, great price, and I'm looking forward to getting out on the course tomorrow. My only issue with the order is that the whole sets appears to have been removed from a box and then re-boxed for delivery. The reason I know this is that the golf bag I have received is a cart bag, but the bag shown on the boxis a stand bag - the box had been resealed with 'Direct Golf'-branded tape. As I say, the clubs are great value, and the order is accurate, but they have clearly been removed from a box and then packaged into the wrong box. Not a major issue, but it did throw me a little bit when I tried to find the stand!”

“This was the second time i had used Direct Golf for prizes for my charity golf day's. The first one was in July and went well , everything arriving very quickly. I had organised one on behalf of my Rotary Club last Friday (25th September) and the Prizes arrived Monday (28th) - despite being ordered two weeks previously! Also having chased the order twice. It resulted in me last minute rushing out to source the prizes, anyone who has organised such days would appreciate the hassle! Will perhaps have to re-think for next years golf day's.”

“Item, price and sales service was good. Very disappointed with the postage delays....items ordered on Monday after 9am and items only received the following Monday. New clubs were purchased for two important games on the Friday/Sunday and failed to arrive on time. As of yet no compensation offered for this !”

“Poor delivery time and when it arrived I had been sent the wrong thing. I was told to send back and they would send the correct order but when I checked just up make sure they had it they said it wasn't in stock! Very very poor. Would never happen at AG.”

“Ordering was easy and free postage was a bonus, however I selected to pay for next day delivery which didn't happen due to internal communication breakdown and product not here yet. My complaint was dealt with quickly and my postage payment is to be credited to my pay pal account. Overall a good performance.”

“I did click & reserve for store pickup every time i've done this with another retailer it's been there next day with no delivery fee direct golf charge £2.99 & it's taken 5 days i will be getting a refund & go elsewhere”
