“Unfortunately my experience of Direct Golf is very poor. Let me explain:- I ordered online a set of mizuno 825 pro irons, custom fit. What arrived was Mizuno 825 irons, game improvement irons, with a delivery note for a set of mizuno pro's I play off 9. I contacted you immediately and was told that i was the 3rd person to call that day and that the irons were out of stock?. and the irons would be uplifted This did not stop you taking the full payment or not contacting me regarding the order. Poor Service i am afraid. I have made 4 phone calls to your office since the 27th of April regarding my refund and I am still waiting. Unfortunately in this circumstance you have fall well shortof your promise on excellent customer service”

“Customer service is of the highest quality. The staff at my local store (Lincoln) are friendly, attentive and professional without being 'in your face'. The stock is well displayed with an extensive choice with a wide range of prices to suit most customers.”

“The staff at Reading Store were great. However the customer support from the central team was nothing short of appalling. Not once did they do what they said they would do in collecting an incomplete order. It cost me a whole days annual leave and in the end petrol and time to drive to the most local store.”

“Complained about delay in receiving goods . Complaint has been totally ignored. Would not recommend Direct Golf due to extremely bad customer service. In fact it is the worst customer service as far as dealing with complaints that I have ever experienced . My recommendation would be for potential customers to use some other company when shopping online.????????????”

“Prompt service indeed, even living in France my delivery only took 3 days from placing an order. Items arrived well packed and I will surely do more business with the friendly and knowledgable staff.”

“A screw-up with your delivery service and your database records. Your Post Codes not up to date and the Delivery company could not be bothered to check if your recorded Post-Code for me on your database had changed through Post Office Post -Code re-organisation. American Golf seem to get it right!!!”
