“Used the click and collect service assuming it would be like argos or tesco where you purchase on line then go an collect it from the shop. After purchasing the item received an email saying my item would be ready to collect in 5days once it had been delivered!!!!! How is this a click an collect service??? More like a click, wait for it to be delivered, collect service!!!! If I knew this was the case I would of got the item delivered to my home address instead of wasting an hour of my life in travel and £10 on fuel. Would I use direct golf again? for sure. Would I use click an collect again? I would rather pull my eyes out with tooth picks”

“I have found the prices and range of products excellent. The one thing, I find frustrating. Is that when you order online, you get an e mail stating it's been dispatched. It takes up to almost a week to arrive. But gripe over, I will still order online. But leave time for delivery,! Or go to a store.”

“Ordered a new golf bag which I was told was out of stock, then was told was on its way, which then got lost and sent back to Head Office who were very good, rang me and sent off 1st class. Not good had to wait nearly four weeks!”

“I was waiting for my products for 2 weeks, received nothing and I had to chase to find out what was going on. It was apparently for a glove that was not in stock (out of an order of 6 other products). Eventually after chasing a second time and waiting another 3 or 4 more days they agreed to send me a replacement glove (slightly more expensive) however this was a john letters not a callaway. Overall why I am not told there is a delay is crazy and then for the explanation. Don't worry though they offered me a £20 discount off my next order....providing I spend another £100.”
