“Was really good when I rang to complain but hardy did anything about it! I waited 3months to get a pair of hyperflex and I was told on many occasions that they would be here by the following week, they didn't turn up! 3 months all I got was a half price glove!”

“After calling to ask about the Bio Cell hybrid to be told that they were supplied without wrench and headcover I decided just to order one. I placed my order on Sunday evening and received the club on Wednesday at 9am, excellent service. On opening box the club was supplied with a wrench and headcover, so your tele sales should be informed. Great service”

“I phoned for an update on my order : couldn't get through was on the line for too long - gave up an emailed then got a response in 20 mins, with the comment "oh the phones have been very quiet that's why we responded so quick". Oh thanks very much been on for a while! You may wish to know this - I'll let you determine the learns you want to take from it. I suggest your comms lines are brocken!”
