“Positives -Speed of delivery was impressive, the packaging was very good, price was excellent, additional discount/ early bird special for member of VIP club was great. Communication from the company clear concise, tracking info provided was great too. Cons - £100 putter with center shaft sent with Generic Direct Golf Union Jack large Mallet head cover with no explanation as to why not offical head cover not sent absolutely shocking. Why buy again?”

“I am extremely happy with my recent purchase of Stuburt golf gloves and a Bushnell Neo GPS. The delivery was made within 2 days of ordering and the items purchased are of exceptional value. “Superb customer service from point of order to delivery. I was telephoned by Mark the day after the online order was placed who provided some much welcomed advice regarding customising the clubs that I had purchased. The clubs arrived within a few days though unfortunately they were not the correct set. Profuse apologies were given and the error was rectified within 24 hours.”

“I'm a regular user of direct golf on line as I'm not close enough to use any of their stores. The deals on balls and gloves are as cheap as I can find anywhere and postage is free if you meet the £50 threshold. Delivery is always swift and products are well packaged and arrive safe. The loyalty bonus is a plus with cash discounts built up over a period of time. Great service and great products thanks. Martin Davies West Wales”
