“I ordered a pair of shoes and some golf balls over two months ago. After several phone calls, one item has arrived despite assurances it would be sent immediately as the other item was out of stock. I am still waiting for the other item to turn up. Definitely won't be using this company again.”

“Very poor! Have been a customer online and in-store for years no issues. However over a month ago I ordered 2 gloves online, 3 weeks later received or heard nothing, a week of chasing and having to go instore after 'line faults' at customer services I was told to email as currently the company is going into administration and I'd have to chase for a refund, the store salesmen also told me lots of other people in same situation. I got home and emailed, with a quick response, my request for a refund was accepted and email received confirming I'd have the money back in 5 working days. Have I had the money - no, have I had a reply to the email I sent on the 6th working day asking where my money was - no. Buyer beware a good company which I would of highly recommended I would now strongly advise to Stay away from online. I'm chasing a meer £30, I'm just glad it wasn't a few hundred!”

“Wow what quick service. Ordered clubs on Monday and they were delivered on Wednesday. Have been to the range to get to grips with them and was pleasantly surprised at how good they felt and looked.”

“Not entirely DG's fault, apparently they had computer problems which delayed despatch of the order (a load of golf balls) for about a fortnight. However, no information was forthcoming until I emailed to enquire why the order after over a week was still 'pending' when the situation was explained. I then received an email informing me the problem was fixed and did I still want the order to which I replied in the affirmative. A week later still no order, contacted them again and the order, for some reason, had not been despatched - which to be fair was done immediately, but not before I had had to buy some balls at a MUCH, MUCH higher price (it was a good job I won some in the 'twos' competition in the meantime, which alleviated the pain in the wallet a bit).”
