“Excellent service. Received Powakaddy cart bag within two days of order at a 20% discount. I did have to change it as I found it a bit big but this was done easily by returning to their Solihull store after a discussion with their customer service department. Can highly recommend this company.”

“About ten months ago Direct Golf Could not Coplete my order due to a problem with a supplier. Direct Golf apologise and promised myself an excellent deal if I needed anything in the future. 10 months on and I wanted GpS Watch and so I phoned them . Not only did they remember they gave me a fantastic deal. The rep was courteous and great to deal with. Anyone who wants golf equipment should talk to Direct Golf as their first contact. Thank you Direct Golf.”

“The clubs are very nice, but i paid for next day delivery as i was going away and didn't get it. I got a couple of phone calls and an email from them the next day and It felt as if they were more interested in getting another £30 from me for fitting than getting the clubs to me on time. As i've said, i'm more than happy with the clubs but feel as if i should, at least, have the money i paid for the next day delivery refunded”
