“Best customer service I've ever received!!!!! I ordered a set of irons on the 25/07 knowing they were out of stock and on initial contact with the fitting team I was told approx 10 days beore fitting and delivery. However the employee rang around several stores to see whether any of them had a set in stock. They did an he arranged shipment to me and I had my new clubs, fully fitted and measured, just 2 working days (28/07) after placing the order. Was fine to wait the initial 10 days but was greatly appreciative of the effort of the employee to procure my clubs as quickly as he could. 1st class service”

“Golf shirt chosen was purple and white, picture on web looks nothing like what was delivered, in fact there is no white at all on the shirt. Will be sending back, very disappointed.”

“I ordered a pair of golf shoes at the beginning of the month after payment had gone through I then recived a email telling me that product was out of stock and would be a few weeks till delivery. After the 2 weeks had passed I made a call to customer services and was then told it would be next week . A few days later I recived another email saying that product wouldn't be in stock for awhile . I phoned customer services again they did offer a refund or another pair of shoes at a slightly higher price . As their was non I liked I then found out they had the same shoe in stock but in a different colour which I was fine with and they did put it on a next day delivery. Still not very happy as it has taken the best part of a month to get my hands in them”
