“No problems at all. I got what I ordered, I did have to go to the courier's local office to pick up my irons, as they had to be signed for, but that's expected ( you don't want left by the back door, etc)”

“Always get things you order in good condition and in a timely manner!! Good choice of equipment and a cracking brochure!! Sometimes wish the delivery prices were less!! You get a bargain then charged £5 for delivery!!”

“Helpful and knowledgeable staff who can help and advise on any issues where in person, on line or on the phone. Provided great service when I had 2 brand new drivers that both failed with the same fault within 6 months of buying the first one (the UK managing director of the manufacturing company , Ben Sayers, effectively told me to get lost he was not interested in helping me). Goods ordered on line are as advertised and delivered by the promised date”

“Ordered some of those personalised Pro V1s and was slightly concerned that they would arrive too late for my society's outing, but they arrived with plenty of time to spare. The folk in the Sandown store are always very helpful.”

“While ordering equipment on line is fantastic the shipping costs are killing it. Sometimes the items become more expensive on line because of this if you can justify no postage if you purchase goods over say £60 surly for the guy who can't afford that sort of money but buys maybe £20 or £30 quite regularly is punished .”
