I love Direct Golf. My daughter loves the golf clubs, every single one of them. Delivery is always quick and the items are always correct. One of the best online shops!

I ordered a pair of trousers, and although there was an initial problem with the size, it was promptly sorted out by coustomer services, Rebecca in particular was brilliant. A great company to deal with.

I ordered a pair of Footjoy Dryjoy Tour shoes. I wasn't able to process my voucher code online so I had to go to my nearest store (Tunbridge Wells) to redeem the voucher. The transaction went through and I was told the shoes would arrive 2-3 days later at my home address. A week later the shoes hadn't arrived. I called the store and was told it was due to computer problems; that it would be chased and that they'd be a further 48hrs. In the following 2 weeks I had to call the store another 4 times. The story changed a number of times. Eventually the store told me that the company was being taken over, that I'd been given a refund without being notified, that the shoes were no longer available and that they weren't being told anything from head office? I get the impression they knew this from the start but I had been given the run around, causing a 3 week delay in my order! Annoyingly I'd had to do all the chasing and wondered when I would have been told had I not chased the delivery? I checked with my bank over several days and the refund never materialised? Yet again I called the store and was quickly signposted to head office. They confirmed a company takeover and apologised for delay. The refund had never been processed. Head office despatched the shoes and complementary socks/6 balls with next day delivery. Female at head office was very polite, but a month delay in total was simply unacceptable, with a string of tales along the way. In a competitive online market, this service was poor and I'd take my business elsewhere in future.

After a purchase from Direct Golf, (Callaway Golf suit), not being satisfied with it, I returned it, freepost, and was given a choice of a a credit note, a full refund, or a replacement suit. The outcome was a replacement, that was handled swiftly and with professionalism by the customer service team. Well done DG.

I expected my new driver to take a week or so to arrive but I was pleasantly surprised to receive prompt acknowledgement of my order, plus a dispatch notification on the same day. My club arrived within 48 hours, exactly as ordered and well packaged. This was one of the fastest online deliveries that I have received. Well done Golf Direct. You have gone up in my estimation.
