“I ordered a pair of golf shoes and paid by Pay-Pal. You're system screwed up and by the time you fixed it I ended up not being able to have the shoes size 42E. No apology, you're screw up, I have to get the shoes elsewhere plus wait 48 hours before you credit my pay-pal account, MORONS!! You're service is crap, I will never buy off you again but hey you don't give a sh>t anyway do you.”

“I have been using Direct Golf for over 6 years now. I have generally found them to be helpful, cooperative, prompt and reliable. Just a couple of delivery issues and the odd problem when using paid for gift vouchers online. Staff in store always do their best!!. Would have no hesitation in recommending them”

“All good, couriers let them down though. Received a message saying parcel to be delivered today. Used the tracking service later that day and it states addressee wants a later delivery. At no point did I say that. Had to wait until the Monday for my items to arrive.”

“Whenever I order from Direct Golf, the service has been very good. And I am happy to go back to them, when looking for items I want. The only point that I found I was not happy with, is with an associate company. Rewards 4 golf. They sent me a VIP card, with opportunity to sign up for different things. Even going through them directly, I have had no joy in getting the items. And have now given up. And will not use them in the future.”

“I had to return a sweater that was faulty. This was dealt with promptly and as there was no further stock for a replacement then a credit was given. I rang & ordered additional goods & my order was dealt with quickly and efficiently. All in all the service was exemplary.”
