“Hi guys just purchased your golf grip training aid it's really good. The only problem I have . I'm not to sure if I'm lineing it up right. And how far up the handle I should go. The video on line the guy said the were some dots to line up on I can't see them. A bit of info if you can please . Many thanks nev p”

“First impression was not good, it took a week for the goods to be delivered after payment had been taken from my card, then they were wrong. Not the gloves which I had ordered, and not even the same size ! Freepost return was arranged by telephone, after 3 attempts to speak to someone, and then another week before delivery of the correct items. The Mac Wet gloves, size XL are exactly what I wanted, I shall probably give Direct Golf another chance, and hope for more efficient service.”

“Paid for custom fit and because of this ended up with 2 x 9 Irons and no pitching wedge. Had to wait until other person contacted with same problem to bring a resolution to the issue. Not that impressed really.”

“It is annoying when you advertise such a good deal on a product such as a driver I wanted to purchase, I pay for the product and the product is no longer stocked. Recently I had to upgrade to a more expensive driver, that I did not really want, but felt I had no choice because there was no equivalent priced item available. I am happy with the replacement Ping driver, but would have been just as happy with the original item had it have been in stock and purchasable. Apart from that, everything else has been a good shopping experience. Thank you.”
