“Ordered late Thursday evening; arrived by Parcel Force Monday. Texted in advance to opt alternative if not in. Opted for neighbour if out. Got home 4 pm, note through the door with neighbour across road and in my hand by 4.30 pm. Excellent.”

“Having ordered my goods on Saturday 23rd May and paid extra for next day delivery then not receive my goods by Thursday 28th May so called your customer services to be told the goods were not despatched due to 1 item of 4 not being available but no e-mail about this. I then rearranged delivery for Fri 29th which again never happened. I called yet again to ask for the delivery to be made Saturday morning only to be told Monday was the earliest I cancelled the order and had to go shopping to get replacement goods as the golf bag was a gift required for Saturday night. When I spoke to your customer services about the poor service and said I wont be using you again I was told "OK Sir" really poor service.”

“I ordered a driver, umbrella and golf bag. The bag was out of stock but debited from my pay pal account. I contacted Direct Golf to be told the club was no longer available and yet the cost of this too had been debited from my account. I was offered an alternative costing £269 for the same price as my original choice which had been reduced from over £300 to £233. I was also promised delivery before 12 noon on Saturday. I delayed my weekend away to await my purchase. 12 o'clock came and went, At 1pm I had to leave and returned on Sunday evening to a card pushed through my door stating "was unable to deliver, 30/5" It was delivered today (Monday) but alas too late for my round of golf. I have been reimbursed £8.99 towards the price of the umbrella as a good will gesture. Not a good experience.”

“I encountered a little huccup back in April and Direct Golf were very quick to address it. I was told that a note had been added to my account regarding this incident and that at any future date should I order items, this note was to be honoured. It was. Very helpful and courteous staff. Pity I couldn't order more items. Don't worry Direct Golf..... "I'll be back!!!".”

“Overall impressed with prices and efficiency in terms of delivery. Not ideal having to call up call centre however when ordering online there was a glitch at payment screen meaning I had to call an adviser to process the order. The chap I spoke to was rather abrupt, verging on unpleasant however I got the product quickly and at a good price so I won't like the chap's attitude taint my view of the company.”

“I haven't used Direct Golf before but I will in future. I ordered some golf balls, at a very good price, on Thursday and received them the following Monday. Very pleased!”
