“were do i start ...custom fit details misheard...sent uniflex shafts not regular....1.25 degree upright not 1 degree , .25 extra length...then told oh this doesnt matter....went an listened to a pro who said wouldnt make any difference an used the irons now stuck with them.....stick with your clubs golf pro ....just been told a 47 overcharge not been refunded to my card but as a credit note when i clearly said wanted refund to my card...waited 10 days for refund to be told there had been an error....totally unprofessional company wish i had never entered into any transaction with them ...ps wonder if this ever gets put on their site ...DOUBT IT”

“Most comfortable shoes I've ever had on my feet, they look great, are 100% waterproof, and in my opinion the best shoe ever made by FJ First time buying from direct golf there price was far better than anybody else..there service and communication is fantastic delivery service is super fast..*****”

“I ordered two boxes of golf balls and two gloves for next day delivery. Late afternoon on the date of expected delivery, I phoned to query why the items had not arrived. I was told that there was only one glove available when the order was due to be picked so was not despatched. Surely I should have been contacted at this point to see if one glove was ok to be sent instead. Furthermore no one contacted me at any time to inform me that my order was not going to arrive. If you are going to promise 'next day' delivery, you should at least attempt it. I have lost confidence in your ability to deliver on time. John Davies.”

“I decided that I needed to upgrade my clubs, so after researching my purchase on both the Direct Golf & American Golf websites, I contacted both companies directly for more help and information. The service I received form Direct Golf was head and shoulders above. I spoke to Jamie Barrow who was extremely professional and helped me to get the right clubs at the right price and even got them to me the very next day so I could use them that weekend. Great service!! The clubs are great and improved my game immediately.”

“The utter lack of communication, customer service, willingness to accept things were their fault, quickness to blame others and unwillingness to try and rectify issues is STAGGERING. On top of all the issues, I am STILL awaiting my order (4 days late, but that only tells half the story) I would be interested to hear how willing Direct Golf is to honour the Chairman's please of money back if not happy. I am sure they will find some excuse not to stand by that. An utterly disgraceful, dishonest, unhelpful company.”

“I ordered a Motocaddy bag and a pair of Footjoy shoes. Direct gold had a 20% off deal so I got a bargain on both items. They arrived the next day too. I phoned the help line before I ordered my bag. I got straight through and my question was answered efficiently. I was wary of ordering shoes online in case they did not fit. I thought it may be a hassle if I needed to return them. However, the paper work I received with them included instructions and a pre-addressed adhesive label. Thankfully I didn't need them. I would not hesitate to use Direct Golf again.”

“I was recommended to the Golf Locker Quick Fold 2.0 3 wheel push golf trolley on account of unavailability of the Big Max Z Cart folding Trolley. I ordered the trolley which arrived the next day and was very pleased with it. I was very satisfied with the transaction and the helpful recommendation from the Direct Golf professional golf advisor. I bought the trolley for use on flat courses. My own course is not flat and I did find it a struggle on the steepest slopes with quite a heavy bag. I will continue to use the electric trolley there.”
