“I ordered a pair of shoes on line and two days later I was wearing them in a competition. They fitted perfectly and although I didn't win the comp' I feel as though I had actually won a prize. Many thanks for such a good service. Cheers Ray Watts”

“After 3 weeks of waiting for an order to come through l received an email letting me know the product had been discontinued, asked if I would like a replacement which I chose to do, of the two items l received one was the wrong colour! Not even bothered to do anything about it.”

“Direct Golf are a friendly and helpful company with great prices. My Jacket I ordered online was too big and I was able to go to my nearest store and swap it for a smaller one at no extra charge, even though the equivalent instore was priced higher.”

“Having lost all my golf gear after a burglary, my insurer put me in contact with Direct Golf. They listened very carefully to the list of missing items and even suggested things that I had forgotten had gone, like shoes and caps etc. They matched clubs to my handicap and made recommendations as to which would be the best suitable replacements. Not only that but they delivered it all within days meaning I only missed one comp and sent me a £10 discount voucher too! Thanks Direct Golf you certainly know how to impress a new customer.
