“I bought Adams 3 & 5 wood, 2,4 &5 Hyrid and a driver........later when I wanted to get the irons and asked if the set could be sold without the Hybrid 4 & 5 - was told can't be done. That prompted me look elsewhere and got a the 6 hybrid and irons 7 to PW at a price lower than Direct Golf. Quite disappointed and will never buy off Direct Golf hence forth! Good bye!!!!”

“If you purchase a clothing item from a store, then subsequently decide you would like to return, with tags & receipt, they won't refund you. You can only get a credit note! The best & most successful retailers in the country (M&S, John Lewis) do not operate this like this. Direct Golf could learn something from them. American Golf on the other hand will - I try to buy all my stuff from them instead.”

“Staff are very friendly and helpful. Delivery company let you down badley. They carded saying no one in!!! No time was on the card, but I was in 1hr either side of delivery time given. I nearly missed them again on the 2nd attempt as they were over 1hr earlier than advised time. As I said staff on the phone are a credit to the company, delivery company useless. Delivery may affect my ordering again.”

“I've been asked for a review but I still haven't received my items. Shirt was out of stock on order (fair enough). 2 months later still not got it despite speaking to customer services who told me it would be dispatched next day delivery around 14 days ago!”
