“I ordered 2 pairs of trousers on the 26th of July. One pair were on back order and the other pair were in stock. I was hoping to get the pair that were in stock in time for a golf outing that weekend. They weren't sent out straight away as you were waiting for the other pair to come into stock. I then emailed asking for the pair in stock to be sent out for the weekend which you replied and said that was ok and I still haven't received them yet. Pretty disappointed with the overall service.”

“The Footjoy golf shoes I ordered on the Monday 48hr delivery were out of stock When I chased on the Wednesday, however the response was excellent upgrading my original purchase to a more expensive instock option and 24hr delivery at no extra cost! Turned up as promised on the Friday ready for my game on Saturday. Despite having to chase excellent customer service in the end and really comfortable shoes. Will order from again.”

“Despite clearly ordering type and size of grip Club arrived with incorrect grip. New grip now being sent for fitting by local pro. I will fit grip myself. I feel let down and as such some form of recompense due for my time materials and inconvenience”
