“Great price, service and delivery”

“Purchased the GreeFree 2 for 1 vouchers from Direct Golf and was missed sold how long the vouchers last for. They also said that if the vouchers only had a month left then they would send some more out but could not gaurentee the time on the vouchers. I ordered the vouchers to use that week so it was not worth the hassle of sending them back to potentially receive the same vouchers.”

“Shocking customer service. Item expected in stock in April still not in stock over a month later. Received no notification at any point to say what had happened with the order. Then, when I asked for a refund, was given £25 less than what I'd originally paid!!! Definitely won't be purchasing anything from Direct Golf in future.”

“I was delighted with the prompt delivery of my item which was diverted by myself to the local post office for a small fee of £1. The overall process was very straight forward. The product is perfect, exactly as described, although not yet tested on the golf course, watch this space.”

“Low price and fast delivery, but one thing makes me very disappointed. Bought 4 bags with "Refurbished Titleist V1" which is a complete scam. These balls are definitely no V1's..Spent 40£ on 98 pieces of waterballs!! If Direct Golf would like to appear as a serious company (which I belived) this is not a product I would recommend to sell.. /Pär”

“I ordered a set of John Letters used irons (with a 25 degree hybrid included). Apart from the very reasonable price of the clubs ( and no cost for postage), the package arrived by carrier on the first day of the estimated delivery dates I was given. Excellent service and certainly a company I would continue to use (as I have done on a number of previous occasions).”

“I have recently been referred to Direct Golf regarding an Insurance Claim. I have been nothing but impressed and encouraged by the support and the service I have received. They have customised the replacement clubs and were very helpful in making sure I had the right clubs for my handicap and swing. I returned a putter and some trousers and replacements were quickly despatched. All in all it has soften the blow of having my original golf clubs stolen and I would gladly go back to make future purchases.”

“From order online to despatch seemed fine but txt messages from parcel force on delivery day wasn't received. I asked for it to be left at neighbours but wasn't received and so was taken to my "nearest "post office which wasn't my nearest causing inconvenience unfortunately,a little less satisfactory overall than my first experience unfortunately.”

“This was the first time I had used Direct golf. I bought an electric trolley and the Price was very competitive along with the opportunity to used 0% credit over 9 months. Ordering was straight forward and the Trolley arrived on schedule with parcel tracking information provided. I will have no hesitation in using Direct golf again - providing the price is right of course .”

“My order said it was instock,but when tracking my order it said it was out of stock.No one from direct golf contacted me with an update,i had to call them. I offered an alternitive which i accected”
