“completely wrong information given , you have had my money now for quite a few days and I still haven't had the goods I have ordered and paid for. when I ordered I was informed stock would arrive on 22nd June , called into store on 24th nothing ! was given some limp excuse about you having "courier trouble" and goods would be in store on Fri/Sat nothing email arrives offering me my money back followed by another one that states that the first one was sent in error and goods would be in Monday ..... still waiting !! Mark Coverson”

“At the time of completing this review I am still waiting the delivery of my purchase, I received a text at 07:30am Monday 29th June from Parcel Force giving me 4 options for delivery, I replied to the text giving an option but received this in relpy "Sorry, Your request is not valid and we are unable to act upon it. Please try again" So I am now in a position of not knowing when my purchase will be delivered, this is not Direct Golf's fault but the carriers employed to deliver goods and I feel is letting the service of Direct Golf down”

“Very good service from Direct Golf with regard to ordering and despatch Not very pleased with ParcelForce as the package was damaged and I had to collect from our local post office. ParcelForce seem to think the customer should wait in all day for delivery with no indication when they might arrive. Also they say they tried to deliver but delivery was refused. We were definitely in at the time stated and no delivery was attempted!”

“It was very easy to search the irons I wanted, got a cal from the Golf Pro to ensure the correct fitting and after the necessary, however small, adjustments the clubs were delivered with 3 days. The delivery company contacted me the day before and, on the day day, gave me the time of delivery, which was extremely helpful to plan my day. Everything worked very well, including my clubs after testing them on my golf club range.”
