“I returned a jacket to the Edinburgh store and the staff there werent very helpful, but after calling customer services and speaking to Rebecca my problems were resolved quickly and efficently. Goods always arrive quickly and never had any problems here, i look forward to continue to buy from Direct Golf as i find them the best for quality and prices.”

“Ordered a putter and some gloves and all turned up in perfect condition. Only criticism (which I didn't mark down) was that I ordered before 4pm on a Sunday for a confirmed next day delivery but what the website didn't really make clear during the ordering process was that Sunday isn't counted as it is not a 'working day'. There was an asterisk against the 'Next Day Delivery Available' banner but no reference to what this meant. Please make it clearer.”

“After spending 850 this month and having to exchange a couple of items the lads at Walsall have been very helpful however I do think it would be better if I could pay of my purchases all in one go I agreed 9 months but I'm now gonna have to wait that long before buying ? However good service anyway”

“I got a new taylormade driver at a great price but, Direct Golf let me down. Paid the extra for next day delivery but it never came. Phoned up to find that sorry, you won't be getting it today. Although I did get it the following day. Have been told that a refund us on its way, it's not been paid back yet. Either have next day delivery or not, but don't mess people around.”

“On the 05th August I ordered 3 pairs of Galvin Green trousers, one pair was not due in until 19th August so for whatever reason the whole order was held back and it was only when I chased that the two, in stock, pairs that they were sent. Whereas, if I had ordered individually the order would have been sent out. The Out of Stock pair were due in on the 19th August, as yet they have not appeared or have I been advised of any delay. Not a great customer experience on this occasion. The good news is that the quality of the products I have received is excellent, just let down by the service.”

“Never replyed to emails sent. Advised delivery had to be to my home address, however on the DAY I was then advised it could be delivered to where I would like it!!!!!!”
