“received very good service from rebeca regarding no stock and delayed delvery on nike shorts after ordering and paying for two pair on 13 april one arrivedon sat 23 may one to follow in june not very good service when advertised on the intrnet”

“Direct Golf staff took me through the whole sales process quickly and painlessly. However it was not explained that I could not have my items delivered to a work address when doing the finance application. Other than that I am very happy.”

“Items took three months, chased numerous times but only received one call back, lots of false promises, eventually received items requested however not the extra item promised due to the poor service received, have use for several years but doubt I will again, very disappointed!”

“I purchased a waterproof jacket from Direct Golf 3 years ago and this jacket had a 5 year guarantee. It started letting water in so after speaking to the customer service department I returned it to Direct Golf and they gave me a full refund of the purchase price with no quibble. An excellent service.”

“I ordered some items from you on a 24hr delivery paying extra for this option I received an e-mail at 8.41am on the 22nd May saying they had been dispatched it is now 9.00am on the 26th May and I still have not received my items. how are you going to deal with this”

“good quality at good prices hard to come by nowadays, fast delivery. Would have got 5 stars but recently bought fairway wood , only to find out one week later you can by the driver and get the fairway wood free, would have done this if I knew prior.”

“I shop in the dundee store often and have always found the staff and the manager very helpful and good to deal with. “Initially one of the items in the order arrived in wrong size which is the second time the same thing has happened. Fortunately customer service was good and sorted it out, Overall happy in the end but frustrated to get the wrong sized shipped on two orders in a row now. Price was good and item once replaced is fantastic.”

“Good range of products on the easy to navigate web-site. I found what I wanted - a 60 degree lob wedge at a good price and it came very quickly. What more do you want? It was delivered by Parcelforce and unfortunately I was out when they called, as was my neighbour, so it was left at the local Post Office for me to collect. That is so much better than either arranging a redelivery or driving miles to go to their regional delivery centre. Very happy - let's hope the wedge works as well!”
