“Ordered some balls at 8am on Monday morning. It is now Saturday 11.30am and they have still not yet arrived. Very disappointed now I have no balls and will have to purchase some from the club shop at even greater expense. Won't use DG again.”

“Still awaiting delivery of product ( despite promise of delivery last Thursday ) Now Saturday .Why make promises you can't fulfil - Customer service not much help. 2nd time this as happened. Will not happen again. Simply won't buy anything else from you . TB.”

“95% of items I wanted to purchase was out of stock during the Sep20 promotion. Delivery for a pair of trousers and top was horrendously slow. Would be nice to get a text message saying my order was out for delivery. Yes ....I missed delivery fetching my children from school.”

“Went into Huddersfield branch wanting a set of specific irons.Had it explained and demonstrated as to why they would be the wrong ones for me.Ended up buying cheaper set but they felt great on the simulator and had them custom fit.Thanks for the great service and knowledgeable advice.”

“I ordered 3 items one of which was out of stock so I knew there would a delay fair enough The expected delivery date came and went with no delivery I waited a week and contacted DG They stated 2 items were now out of stock and there would be a further delay I asked if they would send me the one item that was in stock which they did and it came a couple of days later. Today I received one of the other 2 items but no sign or explanation of where the third item is. I will have to get in touch again to see where that is Order placed 21august expected delivery 2september now 25 sept and still waiting for third item”
