“DG stock goods you can buy in Sports Direct, rubbish basically. They now use Hermes to deliver goods. They threw a Druh belt buckle over the fence and left he package in the rain........(which also clothes in it).....Avoid and go elsewhere”

“The service from direct golf was fine as you prossesed the order but the carrier Hermes was very poor they tried to deliver twice afte 17:00 and my work place was shut. Also you can only get in touch by email which I have done had no reply and still received no goods.”

“I bought golf balls at a sale price - 3 boxes for around the same price as 1 should cost normally! Balls were here 2 days later. Excellent delivery service, just a pity the weather is so bad I can't use them!”

“Order placed for custom fitted John Letters Irons on 23/10/15, not received yet, should be shipped today? The first issue was taking payment by card, ok at sales dept but problem at warehouse, but nobody informed me, I had to call to chase me order then I found out the delay was my card, but the same card finally went through on a different machine. I have an order pending for another 2 wedges to make the full set, I was told that the wedges were at the docks on the 23/10/15 and be into stock in the next week, but still not available.”
