“I have been purchasing golf equipment from Direct Golf for over 5 years and have had the most exceptional service during this time, with orders coming in on time or ahead of schedule. Any problems with orders have been resolved quickly and with no problems, All the staff I have spoken to have been very friendly and efficient, and very knowledge about the equipment. For any one looking for golf equipment at a very reasonable price could do no better than to deal with Direct Golf.”

“Ordered a Cleveland wedge online to collect in store. Received a call to say it was ready to collect. Drove 15 miles to collect it, only to discover the wrong wedge had been dispatched!!! :-( Then very disappointed to find you didn't have one available at all!!!:-( Good old American Golf did, however, source one. Guess where I'll be buying my ping g30's from???”

“Purchased a Sun Mountain H2NO stand bag on line, at what I thought was a very good price with free delivery. The following day I received a marketing email from Direct Golf with current special offers showing a reduction in the bag of £20.87. Thinking it might be too late I contacted customer services, who immediately offered a voucher to the value of £20.87. Excellent service with the bag arriving the following day. It was such a good service and value that I told a colleague at my club and he bought an identical one before the sale price increased back to the normal price.”

“I have always been very pleased with the golf equipment that I have purchased from you and in that time, if you look at my account, I have spent certainly a couple of Thousand pounds with you. I did once have an issue with a product which was quickly sorted out by you. I always recommend your company when fellow golfers ask who I buy my prizes from. I organise a couple of overnight away days twice a year for our club members and that is when I have my main spend with you. Regards Ron Bodimeade”
