“I normally get excellent service from Direct Golf but was disappointed this time because the item i ordered did not show as out of stock until i had completed my order which was then too late to cancel my order and look elsewhere. Having said that the order did arrive earlier than the original out of stock message said it would.”

“Delivery was excellent, unfortunately purchased item was not what I was after so returned for full refund, this procedure via customer service was also excellent plus the refund was given very swiftly. All in all an excellent service.”

“Overall a quality service. Much impressed with the no quibble returns policy and prompt resolution of problem with a carry bag. However a little bit disappointed that they did not apply a £25 off voucher to a recent purchase. It took two follow -up 'phone calls to resolve.”

“Sir I found that Direct Golf are second to none. Their professionalism and knowledge of golf makes purchasing their products a pleasure. Staff are polite, courteous and well versed in dealing with customer needs. Nothing is too much trouble when entering the shop or dealing with them via landline. I find it a pleasure to shop with Direct Golf.”
