“Very quick delivery which was very nice. Asked through email how to send It back And got very quick response telling me how to do It. ( change from size M to size L) Anyway that took longer and finally they send me money back. Think It wasnt in the store? Saw only size XL on the site. Overall good, very good if they had my Nike golfdress ???? Regards from the Netherlands Reina”

“This was the first time i needed to return an article. I phoned the customer service and was helped really well. My problem was solved without any problems and I will receive the replacement next week. Quick and efficient service by all the people I spoke to. Thanks guys, when something like this happens and everything is sorted without a hassle it really gives you a good feeling being a Direct Golf customer.”
