“This is an excellent company to order from .. great selection of goods at competitive prices. Easy to use website. In my experience most items I have ordered have been delivered the very next day. It does get better than that. Quality goods, quality prices and prompt service. Excellent!”

“Easy to locate offers with competitive prices on balls and clothes, via your regular email that keeps me updated on offers. Yes a good all round service. “I ordered a pair of Slazenger Golf Trouser in a grey check I really liked. They were on offer and having ordered them I was very impressed that two days later they arrived and fit like a glove. Can't wait to wear them ????”

“Having used direct golf a few times I was very surprised to receive the wrong size trousers I now have the hassle of returning the garment either by post which I will have to pay for (hopefully get reimbursed) or I drive to the nearest store which is an hour or more depending on traffic This is my first unfortunate experience with direct golf though”

“I was waiting 3 months for my order. Called so many times and left messages- no reply, sent emails- no reply. I understand Golf Direct has had some issues but at least send an automatic email explaining the situation and whether or not I've lost my money! When I finally got through, the scorecard I ordered was STILL not in stock after 3 months so had to amend my order. This is a real shame as I've been a good, loyal customer to Direct Golf and with price matches everywhere else I'd now consider shopping elsewhere unless there was some sort of good will on Direct Golf's part. It's been a shambles quite honestly.”
