stock seems to be low on many items recently and process/delivery times are slow! have used other sites and they seem to be more efficient, it's a shame because DG was always my favourite and I visit your store/driving range twice a week still but rarely purchase anything from your website

I ordered two items, one of which was a special order allowing seven days for delivery. That item arrived on time but the other item didn't. Five working days after I had made the order I decided to phone to check on it's whereabouts, when asked the lady said "oh what's happened is we have had a new system installed and it cannot cope with special and normal deliveries on the same order, and so it hasn't sent it out. Don't worry I will send it out Monday". When I questioned her saying that's not really the point she said she would send it out Saturday but it never came( they have now tried to deliver this morning!) At no point was there an apology for not keeping to your 3-5 day delivery standards. Not happy!

Ordered my items on Sunday heard nothing called Thursday to see were my items were and because 1 item was not in stock which was not highlighted when I placed my order items our had no correspondence to inform me items in stock were being held items were sent next day and received them on Friday

I ordered 2 boxes of Srixon AD333 golf balls in the sale, however, when they arrived these were last years ball, not this years. The description on the website is the latest ball with the new cover and dimple pattern, there was no mention of the fact that you would receive the older model in the sale.

Put my order in a week ago and still not received my goods. It has taken 3 phone calls from my wife and I to chase this up and I don't believe anything would have happened without us making contact. I also notice from my bank statement that I have two extra charges, of a penny each, made from my account, on top of the charges for my order. Although these are insignificant amounts I would like an explanation as to why the charges were made. Luke Campton

I choose the Adams left handed super s driver with free 3 wood- 3-5 day delivery. A week later I phoned customer service as they hadn't arrived and was told the 3 wood was out of stock and the clubs would be sent out to me Thursday on next day delivery. I rang again on the following Saturday (now two weeks after original order) to be told 3 wood would not be in stock until 11th. I have been sent the driver but have yet to receive the 3 wood. The staff at customer service were pleasant and helpful I just find the overall service disappointing. Scott Hird

Was told the wrong dellivery date,particularly when we went out of our wau to be available at home on that specific day. The parcel did not arrive until 3 days later. Disapointing.

I ordered a driver, umbrella and golf bag. The bag was out of stock but debited from my pay pal account. I contacted Direct Golf to be told the club was no longer available and yet the cost of this too had been debited from my account. I was offered an alternative costing £269 for the same price as my original choice which had been reduced from over £300 to £233. I was also promised delivery before 12 noon on Saturday. I delayed my weekend away to await my purchase. 12 o'clock came and went, At 1pm I had to leave and returned on Sunday evening to a card pushed through my door stating "was unable to deliver, 30/5" It was delivered today (Monday) but alas too late for my round of golf. I have been reimbursed £8.99 towards the price of the umbrella as a good will gesture. Not a good experience.

Wrong hat size sent. Had the inconvenience of having to wrap and post - special journey required since advised to obtain proof of posting receipt. Requested that the correct size hat be sent. That didn't happen just got a refund. SO not out of pocket but ended up with the remainder of an order that I wouldn't have bothered with which was only to bring the order size up to a sufficient level to avoid postage costs.

I ordered a new bag on Thursday for next day delivery and I still haven't received it. I brought the bag for a golf trip this weekend and I didn't get to use it. Very disappointed

I think it take a bit long until i get the trackingnumber and poor tracking. I send some email because of that cause you problem

Purchased the GreeFree 2 for 1 vouchers from Direct Golf and was missed sold how long the vouchers last for. They also said that if the vouchers only had a month left then they would send some more out but could not gaurentee the time on the vouchers. I ordered the vouchers to use that week so it was not worth the hassle of sending them back to potentially receive the same vouchers.

Low price and fast delivery, but one thing makes me very disappointed. Bought 4 bags with "Refurbished Titleist V1" which is a complete scam. These balls are definitely no V1's..Spent 40£ on 98 pieces of waterballs!! If Direct Golf would like to appear as a serious company (which I belived) this is not a product I would recommend to sell.. /Pär

A bit disappointed as I received an e-mail from you offering 3 free golf balls and 6 free rounds of golf if I took out your Golf Insurance. Unfortunately I deleted the e-mail in error although I wanted to take advantage of the offer. I spoke to customer services but they knew nothing of this offer. I took out insurance anyway but not a good a deal as I thought. John Ford

I would advise not to purchase golf clubs off Direct Golf as the irons I purchased were 1 inch longer than regular length so they have never been used and now reside under my bed as they would not take them back. Wasted £300!!

I purchased a Mizuno adjustable driver and paid extra for the next day delivery. When I did not receive it the next day I phoned customer services and was told Aberdeen deliveries take two days although AB postcodes are not included in your list of postcodes where next day delivery is not available. When I did receive the driver there was no key wrench in the package. When i again phoned customer services i was told a wrench would be sent out together with instruction on the various club head setting. I have now received the wrench but without any instructins
