“I have purchased with the company several times and always been pleased with the service. This time i was returning a leaking pair of golf shoes still under warranty. Exchange was quick with no quibble even had a slight upgrade of shoe as my original pair were no longer available.”

“Ordered golf suit with a 20% discount voucher, only jacket arrived when called guy said oh no not that again will send you Freepost address to send back, next day saw jacket only on site so called back to say would keep just jacket, that was ok but could not have my 20% discount, no reason given so I declined and had to go into town to return original. Bad service considering it was Direct Golf error and I won't use again.”

“Excellent fast delivery. Received the Ecco Biom Hybrid 2 shoes within 48 hours of ordering online . Have only just received the shoes so have not had a chance to try on the golf course as yet. They do however look fantastic and feel very comfortable on.”
